Extra: I always record my fights against rule breakers/lamers such as (R2D)Fallen and most of the times I kill them but in this case I've killed the player in style but I was shocked.In the video you can see while the player was driving away I have sniped (R2D)Fallen and did a Head Shot (also dings for the damage given) and when I chased the player down the street, armor was full all of a sudden which shocked me.I know there are no commands that grant your temp. armor nor full armor so I have no idea what do say here anymore
SA:MP has a lot of bugs and the sync is not always perfect, so I'm going to disregard that long range shot and give Fallen the benefit of the doubt, considering he lost health and armor normally when you fought him after the chase.
As for other offenses, Fallen has been banned for a week because I've now lost count as to how many times he's been banned for ship nading/shooting and fake timeouts.
