You cannot locate properties using commands; you can only view their names and prices using /properties (and your own properties using /my properties). In order to buy them, you'll have to explore the map and locate them yourself.
For the TEF property, a hint is usually displayed when you use the /tefhint command, but it may be missing if an administrator hasn't set it again after a server restart. In that case, you're out of luck.
