So. That was a lot of text to read. My response can be summarized in these two messages from Mr.JT:

You were warned multiple times to stop bothering the ingame administrators about a minor issue but you continued. You see, we all want our players to have the best possible time on our server. When somebody comes along and keeps bothering our crew members about a minor issue they are less capable of helping us reach that goal. You were acting like such a person.
A one day ban is totally fair in my opinion and you should see this as a learning experience. I'm just going to forget about you  threatening an administrator in pm about releasing that recording if he didn't urban you, -never- do that again.
