(Loosing weight thingy can actually be because of the sleep thingy) but I've got no idea really.
I've always had problems getting sleep, (before I got somewhat older) then it ofc changed from "up all the time" to "up now and then",
sucked when you couldn't get any sleep when you were working / at school, but when I got somewhat "retired" from that, THEN I'm getting sleep..
(Only sleep like 3 / 4 hours tho, but I s'pose not everyone needs 6 / 12 hours sleep
)
And FYI: you shouldn't take too many sleeping pills, you only get drugged, would rather smoke a weed pipe rather than getting hopped up by sleeping pills. (Since they suuuuuck when you take too many, headache and ladida)
