I have idea to make/spawn private BlackMaverick for the gang which owns "Gang Base" or person who owns "Gang Base" property.

Requirements to unlock/drive Private BlackMaverick infront of Gang Base
- owning property Gang Base

Other infos:
If you destroy BlackMaverick it spawns at Gang Base again.
Or you have to pay 500.000$ to respawn Maverick at gang base
anyway ... much posibilities
