In reply to Lynexon's post, and about your pic, a lot of the time when I tell an American I'm from "Australia" they ask me when the last time I saw a kangaroo was, or if I have one as a pet.
It really is quite ignorant of them, but instead of pissing me off I just laugh at how stupid they are.
The Chaser team (a political satire group from Australia, known for their TV shows 'CNNNN' and 'The Chaser's war on everything'- you've probably seen a youtube vid of them) have interviewed random Americans about all kinds of topics, with amazingly stupid AND hilarious answers.
lmfao I think I've seen that vid 1 time, dunno if it was the chaster team's vid but the dude holding the mic asked this other dude (american) if the movie Star Wars was based on a true event, and he replied with 'yes, I think so'. whahah
But I'm not saying all the americans are stupid, but some of them think in the way of the pic that Haze posted up here.
And I'm sure at least 50% of them don't know why America invaded Iraq.
