how do i buy a pro account?

and what about properties .... i read somewhere that you get the money even when ur off line .... but i dont think i received any such thing... and when i logged back in....  no properties i had 7 when i got disconnected and i could only have been off for like 20mins

You can buy a pro-account if you have a minimum of 1 pluspoint and have 1 million pocket money. If you have both of those you go to the 'Frisia', it's a red $ sign on the map.

About the property thing: If you get a timeout and log back on within 5(not entirely sure) minutes you get the properties back. If you don't, the properties will not remain yours.
