If they let you make your own props the server would have too many
properties and if they let you make them yourself this would be abused
so i doubt they let you unless you donate

If you look at the stats board on the website, you will notice that people have spent up to 2 months ingame. So, I'd be willing to put money on the fact that you won't be looking for another server to play on after you spend some time here.
