B&A was stronger than CT. I don't really remember losing that much wars vs CT so it was even. Well, but I'd also agree if you'd say it was unfair CT vs B&A//OnB. But you also had allies like the SnakeZ if I remember right. Let's not forget the uzi bug back in 0.1 which CT used. 
They all were good gangs for their times imo. 
As someone said, CT should be organized better to keep it alive this time.
