dab has made his Bot, DaBot, able to recognize when players are given vallow, then state that if they kill to "chillax" and not ban so quickly. 
DaBot tells the Crew in both our IRC channel and the in-game Admin Chat to not ban the player since s/he has vallow. I believe this certainly solves the vallow confusions somewhat (And I also wanted to make sure y'all knew what dab can do).
