As many of you may of noticed, snowman was banned recently for money cheats. Well as it turns out it wasn't him and there is proof to back that up. First off, his IP wasn't even close to the banned IP. Second, his last login date was in Febuary and yet he was banned in March. Third, at the time of the ban he was on vacation and no where near a computer with SAMP installed on it. What really happened was.. someone joined the server with his name without logging in and money cheated in the lobby. I've seen this happen before, people join and money cheat in the lobby.. for reasons beyond me.
This brings me to my point and problem. Anyone can join the server with a registered name and cheat without logging in. This causes the registered name to have a ban placed on it. The owner of the account gets banned for the actions of someone else using their name without logging in. The management overlooked this in snowman's case. This is a major issue that needs to be addressed and considered when someone is banned. This could happen to anyone with a common name such as "snowman". So I'm asking for Management to hear me out and look into this, for everyone's sake.
