Actually you can. If you would know anything about computers at all you should know there's little to worry about when posting your IP Address; we log all IP addresses you use to join Las Venturas Playground and all administrators have access to those. You really are not interesting enough for hackers to be a target, the few people who still have the required knowledge to hack other systems have better things to do.
Next to that, the way your IP address can change it totally dependant on the ISP you are using. Some ISP's have different ranges which change the entire address, including the first two digits, whereas others give you an address in a specific /16 or /24 range. I'm not going to interfere with the decisions made by administrators in this case, however, telling a management member to "watch your mouth" isn't a smart move.
