I agree with the showmessage and FC part, but like Jay already said, people need to have a chance to take revenge, even if it is by teleporting.
And there is a counter of 6 minutes till you can TP again
The showmessage idea rules, would be great if it can be enabled / disabled if there are events to start, as well.
Like 'Race.. [blabla]'.
Or maybe if someone types /showmessage <text>, it just disappears in the mainchat, in a red colour, as example.
