OK! I came up with an idea!

What if, some of us are extremely poor? And were lucky enough to buy spawn weapons, but right after we buy them, we time out! There should be a feature, where if you time out, you still have your weapons. But if you quit, then thats when they are removed. Justa idea.

Gang worlds dont have commands for weather... What about that?

then, a score will be held to see who wins and a time limit. Or do we already have this?
