Of course it doesn't show up if the IP is banned. 
But, I have checked some stuff.
Your original ban was on your IP 217.216.247.150.
Seems you have a dynamic IP, since it's currently 217.216.247.156.
A month ago someone cheated, and he is banned.
I can't be sure if it was you, or someone else, since the IP is dynamic. But there is no proof that it was you, so that IP is unbanned.
