What'd be cool would be letting gangs buy gang houses if the gang donates, so this interior stuff is available. But, everyone still fights over the one base?

These other gang bases would be outside LV, but because they wouldn't be ones to fight in and such unless another gang wants an ambush, it'd mean that you don't get gang wars for 20 million different bases, and would encourage gangs to donate on a regular basis. :+
