Dude, same thing happend to me!
I pretty much had the same thing!
it used to reboot everytime I logged into my Windows Account.
+ I was also using my dad's laptop.. but I didn't install GTA on it though.
It's fixed now, I'm gonna install GTA today.
Anyways, come back soon.
