Seems to me, you're not in a position to say that kind of stuff. It's also apparent that you have to get us to unban you, so saying that will not help. It also happens to be that the someone you are talking about is in a position of authority over you. I suggest you treat him nicely if you expect a chance to be unbanned.
This is a Ban Zone, primarily to converse about bans, not insulting/putting down people.
