Well, WINE (Wine is not an emulator) runs alright on Linux I've heard, so it wouldn't be so in-compatible.
And viruses for Windows fail to work on WINE, even when trying to make it easy they all cock up, so that's another advantage.
However, I don't agree that Apple seem to look more like a corporation more than a friendly company these days, but I still trust them and such and see them as the same Apple they were 10 years ago, just doing well for themselves.
Windows has lost the battle imo, people are downgrading from Vista (even Dell? lmao) and companies are even starting to use Ubuntu.
