I've heared that they are rewriting the game engine from the ground up, but it shouldn't be too different. This good thing about this engine, is that it's loose, so you can run around easily. That's what makes it so fun to play.
I'm not sure about the PC version. It will come out sometime, but it'll be very big.
IIRC, the XBox360 uses HD DVDs, which hold around or under 30gb. The PS3 uses bluray disks, which holds 60gb even. Have fun with that on your desktop
