Well, about the engine:

They're gonna use the "RAGE" engine (Rockstar Advanced Game Engine). Maybe you know the engine from the game "Rockstar Presents: Table Tennis".

Here's a little preview of the socalled Rage Engine:

Shouldn't be so much different
People are always driving at the wrong side @ LVP, and I guess @ 99% of all the SA-MP servers.
So that won't change much, it's getting easier for them
