I like the idea.
And with our planned move of the "gang base" property, the motel is free to use again for other things. (Scripting is already in progress of this "new" prop
)
But I hope normal players which are walking or driving nearby the motel, won't be shot directly, as it is now with the gangprop. That's one of the reasons to move it
And otherwise we have another motel at the end of the strip, with some balconies, and a parking lot in the middle, with a "roof" above it. A little bit the same idea as this motel, only placed somewhere else
