Why are you going in circles? Its like u fell of the stupid tree hitting all the branches on ur way down.
How can u say linux is better than XP BECOZ its free and open source. Being free or being open source does not in ANYWAY determine what OS would be better suited to a user. Thats like saying Google Docs is better than MS Office becoz its free Or AVG is a better anti virus than McaFee becoz its free. How does something being free make a software better for any user? And the fact is, ppl use Google docs becoz they dont have the money to buy MS Office. People use AVG because they dont have the money to buy McaFee. Its not something to be ashamed of. It just means your settleing for the second best becoz its free or open source. Its hobo software or hobo OS becoz its willing to do it for free. But WHAT it does is not good as its expensive counter-part. Thats why its free... get it? Free = second best or third best but definetly not THE best. Its free for a reason. So people who arent financially able to get the right software or OS, can still have a chance at life's simple leasure. Like playing a game through WINE (lmao)
