It indeed looks like an admin banned your friend and roommate Tex_Dobbs for abusing the shotgun-no-reload-bug.

Two-shot bug abuse is no-reload sawn-off shotgun bug abuse.
Basically, you fire two shots, switch weapons, and switch back to the shotguns.
It's a bug that lets you fire off multiple rounds without reloading, and we do ban for it.

It is a 3 day ban, so you just have to wait.
