Why do you think that i need a long time experiance of linux before i state my opinion on it?

You USUALLY need experience with the subject before you become a credible source . . . but this is fun anyway, hehe

You cant say linux is much more secure than XP because if you have all the experiance in Linux, you would know that linux has its own security problems.

I run Windows on lock, i run linux with no firewall or active antivirus, i have an antivirus installed on my linux boxes so that i can check files i'm going to share on my network so that my windows machine doesn't get fscked (um . . . windows doesnt have fsck) . . . [correction]so it doesn't get screwed up. har har.

[1] - Linux is free i.e good for financially strained agencies.
[2] - Its open source i.e good for agencies who want to modify the OS to suit their own needs.

And your two points make Linux superior from a technical and financial point of view. And that's the point of view i take when i evaluate an OS (considering i'm not REALLY your average user, har har)
