The Not-So-Epic Sea Voyage to Jale Island

It's Jale Island, not Jail Island. Just to get that out of the way :7
Turns out there's a neat little sailboat at the south docks of Los Santos.
In earlier experiments I had found that the location of Jale Island relative to mainland was due southeast.
So what did I do? I sailed.
Accompanying me on the voyage were [NA]Boobie, Mike, and NoodleSandwich.
It was a trip like no other. As we went further out, the waves got higher, and the wind blew stronger.
I almost threw up when navigating in first-person mode. Still, it was nice.
There were, I believe, two full night and day cycles over the trip. Including a rainbow.

Almost there! I checked the distance between the S.S. Funktopus and TEF, who was stranded.

And then, after a long, stressful voyage, we caught sight of the mainland.
Please excuse the profanity. I had a bad case of sailor's mouth.


^{TEF ate the boat out of insanity from malnutrition due to being alone and eating only coconuts, so we all ended stranded until a tanker picked us up. They were friendly}
After a few calculations, we learned that the island is approximately thirteen thousand SA-units from the ship in Las Venturas.
13,000+ units of sailing finally paid off.
For comparison, a character is about five units tall
