Its easier than people starting LVP 3 Discussion topics, lets just talk about it here.

Anyways, Im expecting a long wait for LVP 3, Since the Management are currently trying to work out what to do.

LVP 3.0 Would be nice on MTA though, Imo. Since there are a lot of features, but also a lot of downsides. I.e No modshops, Gambling, Parachuting or ammunations.

They can be scripted though (except the parachuting)
