New "rule" for gangs - Discussion

I think this'd be a great rule.. though i always like it to shoot a bit arround if i see an admin i always shoot like 20 bullets at him/her orso and walk further just messing arround all the time..

On-topic; the rule would make a clear view for aswell as the admins as for the clients.. Though i do think that players or admins who abbuse it or violate the rules, should be temp-kicked for 2 mins orso.. on certain conditions ofcourse..

btw; i see a lot of players who are hard to kill.. i shoot like 200 bullets at them and they shoot back(running arround eachother etc) and he/she loses the armor, so do i, but i die and their health goes like 0,1% a bullet? is this a cheat/hack? is this a bug? or do certain chars have more health etc? I see this a lot of times and i wonder how'd this be possible..

Also i see a lot of bug abusers.. people who repair their cars which are on flames(done by me and my gang) and they type /minigames orso and their car stops flaming? i mean.. how lame could you be?

If i'm wrong please tell me and sorry for the post.. but i find it all just a lil bit too strange..
