[Suggestion] Improved Export System

First of all, I cannot emphasize how much this boring topic isn't about the export lists.
We all know they're bugged. We all know they'll probably be fixed soon.
What I'm suggesting is a change in the export system.

So, I was making some money and racking up some stats. The export place is clogged, and congested, with only one nearby vehicle to escape. You can hire an escort to help you get back, and give them a percentage, but it gets tedious after a while.

The export point is too busy.
First of all, why don't we have two, maybe three export points?
That way the exports will be evenly spread out, lower congestion, and put other vehicle spawns to use. It's foolproof.

Another thing that bothers me a bit is that the rush to export a vehicle often means the vehicle sustains a lot of damage, it's sometimes banged up at the export price -- yet the buyers pay full price for it?
I suggest that we use the vehicle health percentage as a price multiplier, which would be calculated from the base price to form the final payment given to the player.
Your vehicle's in mint condition? (1000/1000) You get the base price. Nice job.
If your vehicle health is 500/1000, you get half the base price.
If it's 750/1000, you get three-fourths of the base price.
Of course, if this were inducted, it would have to work with higher vehicle prices, so exporting is a matter of endurance, not just getting there on time.
I think you get the point :)
What does LVP think of this? I believe it would motivate players to export vehicles more, and be more careful while doing it.
