Then why do the two problems appear to happen to the exact same races? When I checked yesterday, every race that was inaccurately "locked" also had the spawn lag. While it could have been coincidence, is it not possible that the core of the problem is that the mode thinks the race is still running (which is why it's locked) and that is the reason that it either doesn't destroy the old vehicles or mistakenly spawns a bunch of new vehicles?
