It's very simple, Dont push you're gun in someone else's face. The game thinks you made a headshot close range, and shows the player on the ground. But because of all the healthincrease in multiplayer and things like lag, the guy isn't actually shot down. So you're game thinks he's dead, and that's why he can't hit you anymore. You also have trouble hitting him, but it can still be done by aiming a little in front of him. It can be solved by letting the player go in/out a vehicle.
Bottom line I think it's just as lame as uzi in the face bug. Don't push you're gun in a players face.
Oh, and using joypad aim increases the chance on getting someone laying on the ground. So if it happens, be a man and tell your opponent.
I've been in alot of fights where I suspect someone using joypad aim, they switch to uzi, hug you, and boom I can't hit them anymore.
Edit: The real uzibug (afaik) is where you push your uzi in some else's face, and take big chunks of hp with every shot, sometimes killing your opponent in 2/3 shots.
