[Complaint] Admins ability to see PM's

Admins are selected by the management because we know they are trustfull. We want this server to run as smoothly as possible, therefore we need to read PM's to know what is going on.
We prefer admins not to be in gangs, some just want to participate in the gangwars, we agreed to this but when playing for the gang they have to lay down their admin-powers to take away their advantages.

Like it or not, we really need to see the PMs just to get an overall idea of what's going on in the server.  We don't repeat anything we see unless it's against the rules, and then we only share with other crew members. 

Everyone knows how I am about language and flaming.  Some of you might not know that we have admin guidelines for muting/kicking/banning players for such things even in PMs.  Speaking personally, I don't enforce anything I see in PMs unless it concerns cheating, ban evasion, hacking, etc.  As far as I'm concerned, people can say what they want to in PMs to other players, even if it's laced with obscenities, insults, flaming, etc.  Unless the other player complains to me about it, what's said between two players is their business. 

This also goes for insults to me or the other admins.  I can't tell you the number of times I've seen some really awful things said about me in PMs or phone calls between two players.  However, since I treat these as private messages, I don't say a thing, and don't hold it against them.  Everyone has a right to say what they want to say in private.  I believe that most, if not all, of the admins treat PMs the same way as I do. 

Besides, as mentioned before, we have so much stuff scrolling across the screen that we don't have time to read every word of everything going past us.  We tend to "tune out" stuff that doesn't concern us or the gameplay. 

In other words, your secrets are safe with us.  Don't worry about it.
