SAC could not update

Yesterdy i got this error SAC could not update so i disabled my firewall and antivirun so i was able to run the game. I am again getting this error but my firewall and antivirus is disabled. HELP ME PLY

I did everything as peter wrote but it still Gives me that error.


I am missing LVP
