Hi here I am again 
Yesterday i was muted for cursing another player in portuguese that said (again, in portuguese) that the server sucked
While muted, i received a /pm, but when i tried to reply, it said i was muted!
I don't know if the message actually got sent, but @text for admins did work.
If this is a feature by design, sorry for wasting your time, but in case it isn't, here's my report!
