Oh is cool, not a problem if he asks here.
Anyways this is the process:
First buy a sniper, Then go to the Ship, Then go to the part of the Ship that looks like a big Spear, Cycle trough your weapons a few times, then stay on Sniper, while you have your Sniper at hand jump into the boat and quickly press and hold your aiming button, you should see the aiming for a sniper and then it will disappear because no weapons are allowed in the ship. You must hold your aiming button as long as you want to see in First Person View. Thats how I am able to zoom in and out in the video because the game thinks I have a Sniper at hand!
