I would agree that teamspeak does have its advantages and it certainly removes the need to stop and type to communicate with gang members. However, I do not agree that it should be made mandatory. There may be some members who don't have a microphone, or don't feel comfortable using teamspeak. I don't think its right to force people to do something they are not completely happy with. If I had a headset/mic I would probably make use of it, but of course to take full advantage of teamspeak it would require all members to be using it. But even if you don't have a microphone at the moment, there's no harm in joining the teamspeak channel and listening to those in the gang that do. I think if more of us were to do that it would probably encourage people to obtain a microphone and participate fully.
