Thank you for your report.
Your screenshots do not show us who it is exactly.
However, watching the video closely you can see that there's no players around you besides those on the ship. Also you can see at the KB that newski was the one who killed you. (And thus shot you)
I've punished Newski accordingly and warned him not to abuse this bug again.
I'd like to urge everybody not to abuse those bugs as we will be dealing with it accordingly.
