Merder1907 going /q to avoid death again

Hello, just right after Merder1907 got unbanned he came on the server to day and straight up abused /q to avoid death. This is his 3rd or 4th time. Please, solve this. I don't think that 3 day bans are teaching him a lesson. He constantly does /q to avoid death, fake crash and fake car entry.
