Wassup, looks like i won't be able to join the server.. Probably gave me psycho waves for a while..
Here is a quality Enb mod known as FreeZln's ENB.. It's highly customizable for both high-low end systems.. Definitely deserves a try and blessings to the creator..
mod is kinda crashy on win 8.1 and 10 thus devs provided a Crash fix- https://www.upload.ee/files/6938194/0.24...x.zip.html

* Don't install crashfix just after installation, first see if it crashes
*To install the mod copy paste to san directory..(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I06JoBduyZI&t=3s)
*on integrated gfx it runs on 40-45 FPS
- as we know most of medium ranged laptops have apu/2ndry gpu attached... here i was unable to link samp.exe with amd gpu.. comment if some1 knows the solution..
*NOTE- first backup your files
