I say no, only for 1 reason, INTERFEARANCE.  With all that road, in the busiest  place in LVP, people will be in the  highway, and hit the cars, maybe a rule of if u purpisely interfear, a jail or some ind of punishment, if it got that, then I LOVE IT.
