I totally agree with Hector. I don't know if it's possible to make something like a highlight when someone pms another one with keywords like "cheat, hacks, download etc" that you can see the pms then. Or something like players with 350h ingame can /whisper /pm so that admins can't see it. I would be ok if the Peter/Nakebod and Dennis(management?!) only see them. Just my few cents!
