Well, to be honest, administrators need to see PMs. It allows us to see what's going on. Also, administrators are not allowed to take non-administrative actions based on what they see in PMs, so what's the problem if we can see?
You play at LVP under the condition that you allow us to read everything you do. Just don't think about it, as your messages will still be private, even if administrators can see them (they won't be made public, duh).
