Here we go again; so, the question becomes, what did you lose by him doing that command to you? If you're concerned about the one death, we'll undo it. If you'd prefer we call it a kill, we can do that too. I doubt you lost a meaningful amount of money, but if you had, he would have refunded it for you, or I still will after the fact.

You're around enough that crew think of you as a regular as previously discussed, and assume that you can joke around. You PMed him to come check out your house, he obliged, and then you killed him. So, he jokingly killed you back, as this is all a game.
