I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news, however this statistic has some flaws. There can, simultaneously, be two or more players with a joint-position.
As a quick example:

Both accounts state: Balance: $100.0 million #26
As such, there could well be other players with the #1 position, and if there aren't, they'll most likely catch up within the coming weeks, given that the economy changes are still fairly fresh.
