Yes, Right That issue  just with Custom IP

If you use our IP address instead, there's no issue?

Yes if i use other Ip (Number) 89.120.*.* working good

Are you able to reach http://play.sa-mp.nl in your web browser?

Yes  but i type play.sa-mp.nl he Redirect Me To https://sa-mp.nl/want-to-play.html
