Veteran

Today the "Veteran" group indeed grants Management-level rights, perhaps we should separate the two?

We have some ambiguity in this regard:

1. Management transitioning to Veteran;
   
2. LVP Crew transitioning to Former Crew.
   

It begs the question of what do we mean by Veteran? Turkey registered in 2008 and won an appreciation award for all he's done for the community, I would certainly argue that he's a veteran of Las Venturas Playground.
