I stated that we have our own measures in place against evading, I never said that we block all IPs you noted. That's why you are still able to connect from such an IP.
People cannot hack non-stop now, they never could and they never will. In order to achieve this, we won't have to ban all proxy IPs, as you think we should. Thanks for the input!
