First idea:
This functionality was once available, in Las Venturas Playground version 2.90 (released on February 3rd 2009) however it was then disabled in version 2.94 (released on December 3rd 2011). Exactly why that is, I'm not too sure. I think this functionality would be pretty neat though!
Second idea:
I agree with you here. I generally don't like seeing the output of commands or actions like visiting the ATM machines appearing in the main chat, as it doesn't look attractive. We used to have /rules, /irc and /help in the same format, but they now display in a much more attractive pop-up dialogue which can be exited at any time without the chat getting flooded.
Third idea:
The various Health and Armour pickups dotted around the map are available to everyone (non-registered/guests, players, VIPs, etc) and if someone does happen to refill their health or armour during a fight, there's nothing stopping their opponent from doing so as well, and so, given that the opportunity to "refill" was available, but a player did not take the opportunity, I don't think it's unfair. A better option for a fair fight might be using the FightClub (/fight) which has various blockers in-place, no ability to refill, etc.
Fourth idea:
Agreed. Generally speaking, people don't buy things without knowing the price first. This could be confusing in one of many ways. It could lead players to believe these items are free of charge or perhaps, ludicrously expensive. I'm also wondering if we should change the order in which weapons appear, perhaps sorting them alphabetically would be more pleasing on the eye.
Last idea:
Personally I have my sound disabled most of the time, and so, such a change wouldn't make any difference. Certainly not a bad idea though.
