We do our best to remove cheaters as quickly as possible. Sometimes that will take less than a minute, but other times longer -- simply depending on the availability of a crew member. Sometimes crew members are ingame, though paused or busy elsewhere. It's worth noting that if there's no crew ingame, any messages sent with the @ prefix get sent to the LVP Crew IRC channel and someone will usually pick up on the report if they're available.

One of our crew members who's typically around during the night (Dutch timezone) is currently away for a few weeks due to Christmas.
