Well, maybe unique wasn't the right word... I think "light" would be a better word to describe that song compared to most Metal songs. I don't even know, meh. I just happen to like certain Metal songs and dislike the majority, I don't know why.
After listening to "Judas Priest - The Hellion/Electric Eye" I get the feeling that I'm getting the wrong idea about Metal. I always thought Metal MUST contain growling, yelling, or screaming, but that song seems more focused on the lyrics. As well as the other two.
For example this:
Cry Me A River - Ten Masked Men - The Phantom Masked Men
I will never get what's good about songs like these. Growling takes skill yea, but what sounds good about it anyway?
(PS: Don't think I'm hating on Metal, just saying my opinion.)
Christian Rock huh? I've also loved Thousand Foot Krutch, which is also a Christian Rock band... I think I finally understand my taste in music a little bit more now.
